About the Role:

We are looking for a

Search & Social Ads Manager (Beginner Level)

who will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across search and social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in

performance marketing

and eager to learn hands-on campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:-

Campaign Execution & Management

Assist in setting up and managing paid ad campaigns on

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms

Support keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy execution Monitor daily campaign performance and make basic optimizations

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track key metrics such as

impressions, clicks, CPC, leads, and conversions

Prepare basic performance reports and share insights with seniors Ensure campaigns are aligned with defined goals and budgets

Optimization & Learning

Assist in A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, and landing pages Learn budget pacing and bid strategy basics Stay updated with platform changes, ad policies, and best practices

Collaboration

Coordinate with the

design and content teams

for creatives and copies Work closely with senior performance marketers and account managers

Eligibility & Requirements:

Basic understanding of

Google Ads and Social Media Ads

Familiarity with digital marketing concepts Strong analytical and numerical aptitude Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt quickly

Preferred (Good to Have)

Hands-on experience with live or test ad campaigns Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification (optional) Knowledge of tools like

Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
