Position Overview:

As an

, you will be responsible for leading and managing our SEO team, ensuring the successful execution of SEO strategies. You will utilize your expertise in

On-Page

and

Technical SEO

to deliver impactful results for our clients. The role involves both hands-on execution of advanced SEO tactics and mentoring a growing team of SEO professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SEO Strategy:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies focused on On-Page and Technical SEO to enhance client visibility and performance.

Team Management:

Supervise and mentor a team of SEO executives, ensuring their professional growth and the successful execution of daily SEO tasks.

On-Page SEO:

Oversee tasks like keyword research, meta tags optimization, content enhancement, and website structure improvements for better user experience.

Technical SEO:

Conduct site audits, address crawl errors, optimize site speed, implement schema markup, and resolve technical issues affecting SEO performance.

SEO Performance Tracking:

Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to analyze and report on SEO campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the content, development, and marketing teams to ensure that SEO best practices are integrated throughout the client's digital strategy.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes, applying this knowledge to keep strategies effective and results-driven.

Requirements:

Experience:

2-2.6 years of hands-on experience in

On-Page SEO

and

Technical SEO

, with at least 1 year of experience in leading a team.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in SEO tools like

Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog

Team Handling:

Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, ensuring high performance and fostering a learning environment.

Problem-Solving:
