Search & Organic Growth Strategy
Build and execute a holistic organic growth roadmap aligned with business goals.
Identify high-impact growth opportunities across search, content, and site performance.
Translate search demand and user intent into actionable growth initiatives.
Content & On-Site Optimization
Partner with content teams to shape SEO-led content frameworks and publishing strategies.
Improve page structure, internal linking, metadata, and topical authority.
Optimize landing pages to increase organic conversions and engagement.
Technical & Platform Optimization
Conduct regular site health checks covering crawlability, indexing, performance, and UX.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical blockers impacting organic visibility.
Support improvements in site speed, mobile experience, and structured data.
Performance Tracking & Insights
Monitor organic performance using analytics and SEO tools.
Track rankings, traffic quality, user behavior, and conversion outcomes.
Generate insights and recommendations using data-not assumptions.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Embed search best practices into content, design, and development workflows.
Stay ahead of algorithm changes, SERP trends, and emerging search formats.
Test, learn, and iterate to continuously improve organic performance.
What Will Make You Successful
Proven experience driving organic traffic growth for content-rich or product-led platforms.
Strong understanding of search intent, ranking signals, and organic conversion optimization.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
Ability to translate data into clear insights and prioritized actions.
Comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, and how websites are structured.
Proactive mindset with ownership over outcomes-not just tasks.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience building SEO-led content strategies at scale.
Strong exposure to technical SEO, performance optimization, and indexing challenges.
Background in link acquisition, digital PR, or authority-building initiatives.
Experience working in high-growth, content-heavy, or competitive search environments.
