About the internship
We are looking for a passionate and motivated SEO Intern to join our marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in search engine optimization, digital marketing, and content strategy. The SEO Intern will work closely with our SEO Manager to support various SEO tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
- Help with the creation and optimization of meta tags
- Support link-building efforts, including outreach and backlink analysis
- Analyze website performance using SEO tools.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or project experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Understanding of PPC and other digital marketing channels
