Responsibilities / Scope of Work1. SEO Strategy & Execution- Conduct detailed technical SEO audits and implement fixes.- Perform deep keyword research specifically focused on insurance industry search intent.- On-page SEO optimization (titles, meta, schema, content structure).- Off-page SEO (high-authority backlinks, citations, guest posting in relevant niches).- Local SEO targeting (Google Business Profile optimization, local directories, etc.).- Create and manage SEO content plans that align with insurance customer journey.- Competitor analysis and performance benchmarking.2. PPC Strategy & Execution (Google Ads + Social PPC)- End-to-end campaign setup (keyword planning, ad copywriting, landing page direction).- Run highly targeted Google Ads campaigns focused on Insurance vertical.- Setup & manage retargeting and conversion funnel tracking.- Optimize Cost per Click (CPC), Conversion Rate (CVR), and ROAS.- Monthly ad performance reporting and ROI-focused suggestions.3. Lead Generation Focus- Set up campaigns and funnels with a strong focus on lead acquisition for Insurance Agents or Companies. -Collaborate with the team to align ads/SEO content with insurance service offerings.- Test and iterate on landing pages and CTAs to improve lead volume & quality.4. Client Communication & Planning-Prepare and present monthly performance reports, lead analysis, and strategy tweaks.- Work directly with clients - must have strong communication and presentation skills.- Must be proactive in setting realistic goals and delivering on them.- Can prepare a 90-day roadmap aligned to client goals, and progressively track milestones.
