Job Title: SEO Associate (Female Staff)

Location: Gurgaon

Position Overview:

Search Engine Optimization

Develop and execute effective SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO). Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, create and optimize content to improve rankings. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).

Content & Website Optimization

Optimize website structure, metadata, and internal linking for search visibility. Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and web pages. Suggest and implement improvements in UX to increase engagement and traffic.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report SEO performance, keyword rankings, and traffic trends. Provide insights to improve conversion rates and organic reach.

Creative & Social Media Support

(Added Advantage)

Design and create engaging posts/graphics using Canva or similar tools. Assist in basic social media marketing and content promotion strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field 2 years of hands-on SEO experience. Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO. Familiarity with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz. Knowledge of Canva/post designing will be a plus

Skills & Competencies

Up-to-date with Google algorithms and SEO trends. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with basic knowledge of content and social media.
