Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new SEO keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials. Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve site structure and performance. Work with content and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming. Optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities to improve search engine visibility. Monitor and report on SEO performance and analytics, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Develop and implement link-building strategies. Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Proven SEO experience (1-3 years preferred). Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Working knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog). Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms. Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEO reports. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.

Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Attention to detail and time management skills. Basic knowledge of content marketing and social media optimization (SMO) is a plus.
