Role Summary:

CliniLaunch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Executive with a minimum of

3

years of hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of SEO tools, Google algorithm updates, and content optimization strategies to drive qualified organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify content opportunities to increase visibility and rankings. Optimize website content, blogs, landing pages, and product pages in line with SEO best practices. Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve site health and performance. Build and manage a diverse backlink profile through ethical off-page strategies (guest posting, outreach, etc.). Analyze and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to enhance SEO implementation and website structure. Monitor, track, and improve SEO KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rate, CTR, etc. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Develop monthly reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Perform regular competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in SERPs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a dedicated SEO role. Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Hands-on experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms. Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and website structure optimization. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
