Job Description

You'll help grow Ombrulla's organic presence by executing on-page, technical, and off-page SEO. You'll turn keyword opportunities into content briefs, run lightweight technical fixes, coordinate with writers and developers, and report impact using GA4 and Search Console. This is a hands-on role for someone with 12 months of experience who's ready to own measurable results

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword & SERP Research:

Build and maintain keyword maps, analyze intent, and size opportunities for product/solution pages and blogs.

On-Page Optimization:

Write/update titles, metas, headers, internal links, and schema , publish in CMS (e.g., WordPress).

Technical SEO (lightweight):

Run crawls, fix indexation, canonical, redirect, and Core Web Vitals issues (with dev support).

Content Operations:

Create SEO briefs with outlines and entities; QA drafts for SEO readiness before publishing.

Link Building (white-hat):

Identify prospects, pitch guest posts/mentions, and monitor referring domains.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track rankings, clicks, conversions; build Looker Studio dashboards, share weekly highlights.

Local/Brand SEO:

Maintain Google Business Profile, citations, and brand SERP hygiene.

Competitive Monitoring:

Benchmark against peers; surface quick wins and content gaps.

Required Skills:

1 year hands-on SEO experience (in-house or agency) with visible impact on traffic or rankings. Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and at least one of Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz. Experience with Screaming Frog (or similar), PageSpeed Insights/Lighthouse, and basic GTM familiarity. Comfortable in a CMS (e.g., WordPress) and basics of HTML/CSS for on-page fixes. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivots); comfort writing clear, concise briefs. Bonus: schema markup, regex for redirects, basic SQL, or experience in B2B/enterprise tech.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
