The SEO Executive will assist the Marketing Manager in daily design, web and social media tasks. The intern will have the opportunity to develop a solid understanding of online marketing, content creation and off-site promotion.
This is a paid internship over a three month time period. Ideal candidates will be available 40 hours per week. The internship may lead to a full time position for the right person.
Responsibilities :
-We are looking for internet and social media savvy person to do internet marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) related tasks.
Our services include search engine marketing, social media marketing, reputation management, content writing, press release services and email marketing.
Duties will include optimizing web content, editing HTML code, link building, creating social profiles on hundreds of sites, posting updates and using social media tools to automate tasks. Most marketing will be done on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Yelp, Blogs (Wordpress) and YouTube.
Requirements :
- College student (Computer Science, IT or marketing majors preferred)
- Experience on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+
- Prior experience with blogs or Wordpress is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML, web design or programming languages is a plus
