As an

SEO Executive

, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing SEO strategies to improve website visibility, rankings, and conversions. You should have a solid understanding of search engine optimization practices, be data-driven, and stay on top of industry trends to deliver results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve client websites. Implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies, including keyword research, meta optimization, content structuring, and backlinking. Collaborate with content teams to develop keyword-focused content strategies and optimize existing content. Write compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) to boost visitor engagement and conversions. Monitor and report on website performance using analytics dashboards and SEO tools, highlighting key metrics aligned with client goals. Manage backlink strategies, identify link-building opportunities, and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines. Stay updated with algorithm changes, SEO tools, and industry best practices to ensure consistent growth. Work with CMS platforms like WordPress to implement optimization strategies. Communicate project updates, progress, and results to the internal team and management.

Requirements

We're Looking for Someone With:

1-2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, algorithm changes, keyword research, and link-building practices. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Excel. Familiarity with CMS platforms, especially WordPress. Strong problem-solving ability and creative thinking in developing optimization strategies. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.

Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration. Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools. Exposure to broader aspects of digital marketing such as growth marketing, paid ads, or promotions. Technical background or analytical mindset will be an added advantage.
