Key Outcomes Expected: 1. Should be good at understanding business requirements and deliver basis commitment, creating campaigns on SEM platforms (majorly Google Ads) 2. Analysing with the team on how to further optimize campaigns 3. Competition Analysis & Various A/B testing 4. Coordinate with product team for improvement in conversion rate & design team to get creatives in place for campaigns Competencies needed to deliver the desired outcome: \xef\x82\xb7 Manage the day-to-day campaign activities across search engines including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid campaigns. \xef\x82\xb7 Analysis of the Analytics accounts on campaign performance and recommend and implement changes to the campaigns. \xef\x82\xb7 Identify and execute optimization recommendations to increase campaign ROI. \xef\x82\xb7 Assist with campaign technical implementation and support trouble-shooting. \xef\x82\xb7 Create campaign reports for analysis. \xef\x82\xb7 Desired Skills and Experience in managing large budget PPC campaigns (avoid SEO/Organic experience & Media Buying) \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to understand the target audience and plan campaigns accordingly \xef\x82\xb7 Team player Other traits: \xef\x82\xb7 Enthusiastic \xef\x82\xb7 Peoples person \xef\x82\xb7 Self-motivated \xef\x82\xb7 Interpersonal skills \xef\x82\xb7 Agile and adaptable \xef\x82\xb7 Open to working on weekends from home \xef\x82\xb7 Time Management Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9350,000.00 - 9450,000.00 per year Schedule:
