Achieve admission targets:
\xc2\xb7 Handling fresh enquiries (making phone calls and walk-ins)
\xc2\xb7 Follow up calls to the prospective students
\xc2\xb7 Update CRM
\xc2\xb7 Follow the admission process
\xc2\xb7 Submit daily activity report to immediate superior
Plan and execute marketing activities:
\xc2\xb7 Provide pre-sales input in terms of collecting target audience database, managing the mailers/e-mailers campaign, etc.
\xc2\xb7 Analysis of earlier marketing data to support fresh marketing plans
\xc2\xb7 Monitor lead generation and quality on a weekly basis
Student Relations
Attendance Management:
Student Relations and Grievances Handling:
\xc2\xb7 Students data updation and maintenance
\xc2\xb7 Ensure to solve student queries (other than technical / functional)
\xc2\xb7 Help and support students wherever required and students grooming
\xc2\xb7 Parents interaction and coordination
Specific Skill Set
\xc2\xb7 Target oriented and focused
\xc2\xb7 Good communicator (both oral and written) in English and coordination skills
\xc2\xb7 Well-versed with all tools of MS office
\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, initiator and results-oriented
\xc2\xb7 Should demonstrate a positive attitude, high motivation, and interpersonal skills
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of experience
Minimum Education Requirements Graduate in any stream with relevant experience
