Job Responsibilities:

Track New project/plant setup progress with focus on project milestones and timeline adherence



Understand plant layout concerns reported during construction phase and study countermeasure plans with PE/Civil/Utility teams.



Prepare schedules, reports and review presentations



Monitoring of pending issues and ensuring closure within time frame



Coordinate with various Departments for conflict resolutions.



To report the progress status periodically and flag major issues to the management



Ensure implementation of carbon neutrality and safety countermeasures.

Job Role:

Facility planning:

Know how required - Production facilities layouting, planning & lean manufacturing

Process Planning:

Know how required - Process of Vehicle Assembly/Engine Assembly/Weld Shop/Industrial Engineering

Coordination Activities:

Know how required - Project management, Working with Civil-Utilities team, monitoring of pending issues & closure within time



Preparation of schedules, reports & review presentations

Competencies / Skills:

Understanding of 4 wheeler vehicles development & manufacturing process.



Must have worked in Japanese company in past (Preferable 1st company).



Experience of handling greenfield/brownfield projects.



Hands on experience of project management tools



Ability to understand the importance of a critical situation and act quickly accordingly.



Good knowledge of AutoCAD & MS office
