Job Purpose:

The Senior Pricing Executive is responsible for

strategic and accurate pricing

of import & export shipments, maintaining strong carrier and vendor relationships, and supporting the sales team with

competitive, profitable, and timely quotations

across air, sea, and land transportation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

quotations

for

Sea (FCL/LCL), Air, and Road

shipments. Negotiate rates with

shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents

to achieve optimal pricing. Ensure pricing accuracy for

origin, freight, destination, surcharges, and local charges

. Maintain and update

rate cards, contracts, and carrier tariffs

. Coordinate closely with

Sales, Operations, and Overseas Partners

for smooth closure of deals. Analyze market trends, competitor rates, and customer requirements to build

cost-effective pricing strategies

. Monitor

validity periods, free days, detention & demurrage

terms. Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations. Mentor junior pricing executives and review quotations when required.
