Kaarwan is an ed-tech platform dedicated to empowering architects and civil engineers through specialized programs, certifications, and learning opportunities. We are looking for a Sr. Performance Marketing Executive who can drive growth through data-driven paid marketing campaigns and lead our performance marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
? Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with a strong focus on lead generation.
? Strategize and manage e-commerce + lead generation campaigns, with lead generation being the core area of focus.
? Optimize campaign performance metrics (CPL, CAC, CPP, CPM, ROAS) through bid strategies, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
? Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
? Create detailed reports and dashboards in Excel/Looker Studio to present to the co-founders and management.
? Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to deliver impactful creatives and landing pages.
? Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
? Take ownership of campaign strategy while leading and mentoring a small team of performance marketers.
Requirements:
? 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
? Proven track record in lead generation campaigns (mandatory) with working knowledge of e-commerce campaigns.
? Strong understanding of performance marketing terminologies: CAC, CPL, CPP, CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc.
? Advanced proficiency in Excel for campaign analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
? Experience in creating and presenting marketing reports for leadership discussions.
? Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
? Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with senior leadership.
? Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team will be a strong plus.
