ServiceNow Developer As ServiceNow admin, you will be responsible for administrating, configuring, scripting, support and creating custom request form in the ServiceNow ITSM tool and maintenance of ServiceNow platform. You will be required to develo p technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices. The admin is responsible for UI, Workflow, Customize reports, SNOW integrations etc. Roles and Responsibilities: # Implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident Management, Problem Management , Change Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB, Asset and Service Catalog). # Experience with creating Workflows from service owner requirements including requests, request items and tasks. # ServiceNow experience in creating Business Rules, Clients cripts, ACL#s, UI policies and SLA configurations. Experience with Service Portal, Java Script, XML. # Design and Build integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration. # Create views, reports and Dashboards that can be used tome asure effectiveness and efficiency of process and systems. # Excellent communication and client handing skills. # Manage User Group Access Access Control Lists.
