About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated and talented fresh graduates from Tier 1 engineering colleges to join our team as

Software Engineer - 1 (SE-1)

. In this role, you will work on building scalable backend systems using

Node.js

, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the core architecture of our products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services using Node.js. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices. Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to build high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews, contribute to team discussions, and learn from feedback. Continuously improve your technical skills and stay up to date with emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field from a Tier 1 engineering college (IIT/NIT/IIIT/BITS or equivalent). Strong understanding of

Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)

and problem-solving skills. Solid foundation in

Computer Science fundamentals

such as operating systems, networks, and databases. Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably JavaScript/TypeScript). Good understanding of

Node.js

or willingness to learn and work in Node.js. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Good to Have

Exposure to backend frameworks, APIs, or database technologies (SQL/NoSQL). Experience with Git, version control systems, and basic DevOps workflows. * Participation in competitive programming, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
