Job Type:

Full-time, 24x7x365 support

Key Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and manage Versa SD-WAN solutions in production environments. Provide L3 technical support, diagnose and resolve issues related to connectivity, latency, and SD-WAN appliances. Configure security policies, VPNs, firewalls, traffic shaping, and bandwidth allocation within the SD-WAN environment. Drive process management, performance reviews, RCAs, mitigation plans, periodic/ad-hoc reports, and coordinate with circle/department teams. Support new deployments and any ad-hoc project requirements from the customer. Liaise with engineering, TAC, and professional services teams for backend support.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or EXTC.

Experience:

Minimum 7 years overall IT experience, with at least

2 years of hands-on Versa SD-WAN

expertise.

Certifications:

Versa Professional Level (or highest OEM certifications for deployed devices).

Skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

. Ability to work in a

24x7 rotational shift

Other Requirements

Police NOC

and relieving letter from previous employer. Selected resources will be

interviewed by Customer

before deputation.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
