We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vistex Consultant to lead solution design and implementation for the Incentives and Paybacks module, with strong familiarity in Vistex DMP, Vistex V/4 and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will also manage and coordinate offshore teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution of project deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the design and configuration of Vistex Incentives and Paybacks- Billbacks, Rebate solutions within ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA.

Architect and implement Vistex DMP (Data Maintenance Platform) solutions to support complex pricing and rebate scenarios.

Analyze and redesign processes for clean core

Decouple customizations and build using standard e xtension frameworks

Isolate custom logic (e.g., rebate calculations or DMP workflows) into side-by-side apps, Refactor custom code.

Leverage Vistex APIs and DMP tools for pricing data management.

Create Clean Core Roadmap.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Manage offshore development and support teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.

Perform system testing, UAT support, and cutover planning.

Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

12+ years of hands-on experience with Vistex Incentives and Paybacks - Billbacks, Customer rebates.

Proven experience Vistex DMP module and its integration with S/4HANA.

Have a strong SAP SD and Pricing background.

Hands on experience with EDI and IDOCs.

Strong Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments.

Good Knowledge on BTP platforms and SAP Application Interface Framework

Experience managing offshore teams and working in global delivery models.
