Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, and other channels to generate new leads.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest level.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and demos for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and pipeline in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and lead generation goals.
Research target accounts and understand buyer personas to tailor messaging.
Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
6 months-1 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or lead generation, appointment generation in a B2B environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong phone presence and ability to engage prospects in conversation.
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to handle rejection and persist through objections.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
