xc2xb7Must have at least 5 years of End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management Experience
xc2xb7Must have completed at least 5 high impact continuous improvement projects in Revenue Cycle Management (preferable in insurance verification and Accounts receivable)
xc2xb7Good understanding of Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Apps and should be able to relate the implementation in RCM projects
xc2xb7Client Facing Role so good comm skills
xc2xb7Drive continuous improvement culture through training, co-ordination, and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations in KPO/BPO
xc2xb7Prepare business cases, project charters, Automation Assessments (RPA), Business Requirement Documents, (BRD) and use cases
xc2xb7Participate in exploring solutions for problems and process bottlenecks
xc2xb7Well versed with business finance and key terminologies of business finance
xc2xb7Play pivotal role in executing transformation governance model to build the continuous improvement culture
xc2xb7Work from office position as per the project requirement
xc2xb7Shift timings- US EFT time Zone
xc2xb7Location- Bangalore/Hyderabad
xc2xb7Must be certified Green/Black Belt from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g. ASQ or equivalent) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology
xc2xb7Must have experience in healthcare domain & reputed KPO is preferred.
xc2xb7Must have >10 years of work experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
xc2xb7Must have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skill Should be a self-starter
xc2xb7Must have worked in Services Organization and hands on experience of handling the end client directly. Not from Captive Units
