Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of SDM-IOA Delivery with 8 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Advanced Excel and domain skills in Record to Report-Accounting and Order to Cash Accounts Receivable. This role requires working from the office during night shifts with no travel required. Proficiency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the delivery of services in the Record to Report-Accounting and Order to Cash Accounts Receivable domains to ensure high-quality outcomes. Utilize Advanced Excel skills to analyze data generate reports and provide insights that drive business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in financial operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations to maintain the integrity of financial data. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the order-to-cash cycle enhancing cash flow and reducing outstanding receivables. Monitor key performance indicators and prepare detailed reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in financial transactions to ensure accuracy and reliability. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in operations. Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in Advanced Excel including complex formulas pivot tables and data visualization. Possess in-depth knowledge of Record to Report-Accounting processes and best practices. Exhibit strong understanding of Order to Cash Accounts Receivable management and optimization techniques. Showcase excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken. Display the ability to work effectively in a night shift environment maintaining productivity and focus. Have a proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and delivering results. Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges.

Certifications Required

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification in accounting or finance.
