Job Summary




We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of SDM-IOA Delivery with 10 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in Excel and have a strong understanding of Procure to Pay-Procurement and Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires excellent English communication skills and involves night shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities



Oversee the delivery of services in the IOA domain ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data generate reports and provide actionable insights for process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline Procure to Pay-Procurement processes enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices in Finance & Accounting to ensure compliance and optimize financial operations. Monitor and evaluate service delivery performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Provide technical support and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with service delivery. Conduct regular reviews of operational processes identifying opportunities for automation and cost reduction. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Prepare and present detailed reports on service delivery performance to senior management highlighting key achievements and challenges. Lead initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery process contributing to the companys strategic goals. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements applying relevant knowledge to improve service delivery. Support the implementation of new technologies and tools ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Qualifications



Possess advanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to perform complex data analysis and reporting. Have a strong understanding of Procure to Pay-Procurement processes and best practices. Demonstrate expertise in Finance & Accounting with a focus on compliance and operational efficiency. Exhibit excellent English communication skills both written and spoken to effectively interact with clients and team members. Show a proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions. Display strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Certifications Required




Microsoft Excel Certification Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) preferred.
