10+ Years of Experience in Service Delivery /Program Management role Service Delivery Manager should work on multiple projects or initiatives. Need strong project management skills to plan, organize, and coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables. Should take accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand. Should be able to understand client requirements, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the service delivery process. Building strong relationships with teams, clients,COE's and other stakeholders Collaborating with CSP ecosystem and bring more value adds & Service improvements across customers. Good Understanding of SOW,Scope,Risk Mgmt Monitoring & Tracking Service SLA and Risk Management Closely worked with Team/Leads and ensure timely delivery Weekly/Monthly Status Reporting to Customer and TCS leadership team Monitoring Compliance of all Security tools Yearly Customer Satisfaction Survery
