Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Process Excellence Manager to strategically lead and oversee complex transformation initiatives across various business functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Six Sigma, process automation, and advanced AI/Gen AI technologies, with a proven track record of driving impactful, large-scale projects and delivering significant, measurable cost savings. This role demands a techno-functional mindset and the ability to champion innovation through data-driven strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and strategically direct large-scale, complex process improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Identify, evaluate, and strategically implement advanced automation opportunities using RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, and sophisticated AI-based solutions. Drive AI and Generative AI (Gen AI) initiatives to significantly enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, including strategic use cases such as advanced summarization, deep transcript analysis, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics. Collaborate with senior cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to define enterprise-level KPIs, track overall performance, and ensure the delivery of quantifiable, strategic savings. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive process documentation, enterprise-wide SOPs, and robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement. Mentor, coach, and develop senior team members and across functions to build advanced internal capabilities in process excellence and innovation. Engage with executive business and technology stakeholders to align process transformation goals with overarching strategic objectives and long-term vision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in process excellence, operations transformation, or related domains, with significant experience leading strategic initiatives. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent. Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact, enterprise-level projects with measurable cost or efficiency gains. Extensive hands-on and strategic experience with advanced automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate). Deep exposure to AI and Gen AI technologies, including practical applications in business operations and strategic deployments. Exceptional analytical, complex problem-solving, and senior stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to work in agile environments and strategically manage multiple, high-priority initiatives. Superior communication and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Extensive experience in global process deployments and managing large, cross-functional teams. Familiarity with AI governance, model assurance, and responsible AI practices at an enterprise level. * Deep understanding of techno-functional workflows, effectively bridging complex business needs with advanced technical solutions.
