Job Summary
Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure service delivery across datacenter, servers, network, cloud, and workplace services.
Own the customer relationship, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.
Conduct regular service reviews, governance meetings, and performance reporting with the client.
Translate client business needs into actionable operational and technical requirements.
Coordinate with internal operations teams to deliver seamless end-to-end infrastructure services.
Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service availability targets are consistently met.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements as agreed with the client.
Provide transparent reporting, dashboards, and insights that demonstrate value delivery
Act as the primary customer interface for service performance, escalations, and governance.
Lead incident, problem, and change management activities with cross-functional teams.
Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and partners for seamless service operations.
Oversee capacity planning, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, CMDB accuracy, and operational runbooks.
Support transition and transformation initiatives for new services.
Monitor infrastructure health and drive proactive improvements.
Optimize costs through right-sizing and automation opportunities.
Lead a distributed technical team, ensuring skills, performance, and shift coverage.
Conduct governance meetings, reporting, and performance reviews with stakeholders.
Continuously improve service maturity through process enhancements and KPI analytics.
