Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN Security products. Troubleshoot issues related to WAN, Wireless, and LAN. Manage/configure routers, switches, and related WAN equipment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field. 4-6 years of experience in Networking, WAN, LAN, Wireless, with a focus on Cisco networking equipment. Strong skills in API Automation, WLAN, VLAN, Mesh Network Testing, DHCP, or relevant technologies. Practical knowledge of SD-WAN solutions and experience with large-scale rollouts. Proficiency in troubleshooting VoIP, WAN, Wireless, and LAN issues.

Additional Skills:

Experience in providing second-level support for WAN, wireless, and routed network. Ability to monitor WAN outages and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues efficiently.

Accountabilities:

* Perform timely and accurate maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of LAN and WAN network communications infrastructure.
