Job Title: SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SDET with strong experience in Selenium using Java or C#, UI testing, and database validation. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, capable of working independently while also demonstrating strong team spirit. Prior experience in the Banking domain is a plus.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java or C#.

Perform thorough UI testing to ensure a seamless user experience.

Write and execute SQL queries for backend data validation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Identify, document, and track bugs; contribute to root cause analysis and resolution.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

4-7 years of experience in software testing and automation.

Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java or C#.

Proficient in UI testing and SQL-based database testing.

Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.

Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.



Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.

Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.

Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.

Knowledge of performance or security testing is a plus.
