Hiring for Mentoring Software Development Company
What we look for in you as a \xe2\x80\x98Software Development Engineer in Test I\xe2\x80\x99:
- 1 to 3 years of manual and automation testing experience and a passion for automation testing and developments, preferably in web testing
- Scope out comprehensive test plans based on the requirements and validate in terms of functionality, integration, usability, security, and performance
- Hands-on experience in test automation frameworks like Selenium
- Maintain/enhance/develop/execute test automation frameworks on multiple platforms, such as mobile and web.
- Basic knowledge of programming and Software testing cycle/processes.
- Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate impacts and understand business requirements.
- Track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize results
- Creativity and initiatives to improve product test coverage and effectiveness for the entire team
- Investigate and analyze root causes of technical issues/performance bottlenecks.
- Influence the development team on prioritizing testability and operationalization aspects of the modules.
Must Have:
- Great capability in creating the test plan by handling both positive and negative corner cases.
- Minimal coding experience in Selenium.
- Great commitment and openness to learning new technologies.
- Working experience with web or mobile applications.
Good to Have;
Coding experience in any other automation framework like mobile or katalon.- Capable of handling releases independently with more number of devs.
- Good communication
