Responsibilities :
- Participate in sprint planning, providing input on required tasks, process, and associated effort for the selected user stories.
- Responsible for development of features, review and build automation scripts throughout agile development iterations.
- Participate in code reviews for both the developer and SDET teams.
- Be a key participant in creating a Quality First and Zero Defects culture.
- Must be able to work in coordination with various stake holders and also independently, as and when required.
- Minimum 5+ year of experience in Software Development using Java, JSP, Servlets
- Hands on experience in Jenkins, GIT, SVN, TFS etc.
- Experience which includes test automation using Java is preferred.
- Must have hands-on coding experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Junit, TestNG etc.
- Exposure to scrum/agile practices preferred.
- Test scripts automation with best practices and standards
- Experience and desire to work in a team having diverse / multiple stakeholder and Global delivery environment.
- Superb communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization.
