SDET Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding the system, flow of code and how it interacts with different components. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Desktop, and Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests. \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling technical communications and understanding the customers\' systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs. \xe2\x80\xa2 End to End test planning which includes preparing Automation Test Strategy & projecting timelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Noting all testing actions performed in daily and weekly reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analysing and disintegrating software systems and coordinating with other teams to enhance the overall design. \xe2\x80\xa2 Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 The ability to recognize risks and errors in an application. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the final quality on production release. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and build scalable automated test frameworks and test suites working across technologies. \xe2\x80\xa2 API level testing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform manual testing, the scope of which will encompass all functionalities of services as a prequel to automation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse test logs, create test reports, co-ordinate with stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Automated testing of End to End business process sharing information using REST API. SDET Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 A Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent designing and programming skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of programming languages and process management methodology. \xe2\x80\xa2 Java, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, HTML, JSP, Java Script, Servlets, Web Services, XML, AJAX, Microservices, SOA, REST, JSON a MUST. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of functional programming is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 4-7 years overall SDET and/or development experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working experience with automated tools for API \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to design and implement the overall automated test system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience and understanding of data management for automation suites. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent knowledge of QA processes and methodologies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good time management and organizational skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 The ability to keep current with the constantly changing technology industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 A passion for testing, development, and design. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated experience in writing clean code quickly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong experience in Test framework design , execution & maintenance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
