Job Title: SDET
Location: Bengaluru, India
Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)
Experience Required: 3-5 Years

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior SDET to join our dynamic QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation testing and performance testing, with a strong foundation in tools like Java, Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, and LoadRunner. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through robust test automation and performance validation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, or Playwright.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to identify test scenarios and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to test strategy and planning.
• Maintain documentation for test cases, test plans, and test results.

Qualifications
Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in Automation Testing.
• Proficiency in Java, Selenium, or Playwright (at least one is mandatory).
• Experience in Performance Testing using JMeter and/or LoadRunner.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Exposure to cloud-based testing environments.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory.
