It takes a skill-based approach to assessment, allowing companies to automatically generate standardized tests based on various skills and then accurately measure the developer\'s performance on those skills. We proudly serve 500+ customers across the globe with many of the fortune 1000 names in the list like Google, Amazon, Barclays, GE, Siemens etc. We have assessed more than 2M candidates, support 41 different programming languages, provide 8 different types of assessment techniques and enable assessments across 100+ different skills. HackerEarth is the world\'s leading community for developers and a product that is used by developers all across the globe, to assess their coding skills, become better at it and measure their true potential. They do it by solving coding challenges across different topics/skills and by participating in online competitions/hackathons. Role: SDET Location: Bangalore (Hybrid - Twice a week) Roles and Responsibilities: Like a thumb rule of QA, everything starts in building a comprehensive test document, reporting and you should be the best at it. You identify gaps in the QA process and aim for the highest possible QA coverage although we know that 100% coverage is a moonshot. But you are brave enough to defy the ordinary and give it all you got. You establish tight work-relationships with Product management, Dev and Design teams to support a considerable coverage You love regression tests and campaign to do these tests on a periodic basis and own the hat of ensuring the performance of the product is at its optimum. Automate using tools like Selenium, Rest Clients and have a great understanding of the Test Pyramid You keep your documentation of QA metrics, limitations, reporting and tracking up-to-date. Required Skills: 1-3 years of quality assurance experience with 3+ years in Selenium or equivalent tools Strong understanding and knowledge of SDLC, Solid programming skills and grasp of OOPS concepts Develop Automation using Selenium framework(Python,Java,JavaScript) Experience with a variety of types of testing, including regression, performance, stress, unit, integration, and security testing Experience testing microservices, web/app frontends in various stacks Experience in developing automation strategies and quality initiatives Ability to think beyond the QA realm with exposure to concept of DevOps and working understanding of CI tools Experience in API testing, Performance Testing tools, LoadRunner and JMeter is an advantage If you\'re looking for an outstanding opportunity that you can really make your own, we would love to hear from you.
