Role Summary :

As the Software Developer you will be responsible for executing technical solution, conducting feasibility study, prioritization, initiation, configuration and implementation for all project related work w.r.t. techonlogy of the given program/solution. Have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals, in relation to designing and delivering processes and technology solutions. HeShe should be able to understand the techinical solution/ product been cater/sold to end client and manage client prespective plus internal stakeholder management. HeShe should be a self driven person and manage the end to end solution execution using diffrent tech tools/stacks.

Essential ResponsibilitiesDesign, define and execute project solution plans and revise as appropriate to meet project goals Ability to execute the projects solutions using Agile ways of working (Scurm, Kanban, DevOps etc) Organizing programs into work-streams, development of plans, identification, and management of dependencies Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define techinical scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business requirement for SDLC Life cycle. Provide view in a conversation with designers, managers, owners, developers. Translate business requirements to system requirements Conducting gap analysis between current and to-be requirements Possess skills to review manual processes within Operations to drive requirement gathering and documenting the requirement.


Qualifications/ RequirementsBachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems/ Information Technology (IT)/ Science, Computer Science or related field or equivalent
Experience as Software Engineer for large/Small applications in a shared service environment
Experience on building integrations with multiple internal systems using service-oriented architecture & middleware technologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, & clear communicator
Technical knowledge in Spring boot, Java, MySQL, Cloud, Microservices architecture, Kafka etc.


Desired CharacteristicsPrior experience working in medium to large size to project/solutions end to end independently.
