Responsibilities of Tech Instructor -

• Interactivity, smooth delivery flow, and focus on teaching concepts using real-life examples.
• Come up with innovative ideas to deliver content in an interactive way.
• Utmost focus should be given to the basics of the concepts related to the curriculum to a level the students feel comfortable solving Industry-level problems. A lot of Implementation based teaching is to be included.
• Assist the Content team in designing the whole curriculum, assignments, quizzes, coding contests, hackathons, etc.
• Candidates for the position must clearly demonstrate the potential for excellence in teaching and have a potential for student mentorship, as well as the ability to create new courses and curriculum in computer science.
• Interact and raise the concerns and requirements from Instructors and other stakeholders of various courses to Product and Development for features and improvement.
• Able to coordinate with the team to innovate learning and teaching tools.

Responsibilities of SDE -

Skills Required for Tech Instructor -

• Prior 2+ years of experience in teaching students.
• Strong educational Background in CSE, in depth knowledge of Computer fundamentals.
• Comfortable with communicating with large and small groups of people and have a desire to coach and guide learners in an empathetic manner.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Deep expertise in Fundamentals of Computer Science and hands on experience in one of modern Programming languages, Should have hands on experience and understanding of database, and fundamental understanding of how web works. Should be able to pick up new subjects, programing languages and prepare and teach it as per course demand.

Skills Required for SDE -

• Experience with React.js, redux, and react ecosystem tool chain, build tools like Web pack Take end-to-end ownership of products.
• Ideate product requirements with the team and drive them from design to implementation.
• Curiosity to go in-depth of codebases and libraries and have the ability to set it up from scratch.
• Open to work on constructive feedback and proactively shares the same with peers.
• A superior sense of UI and UX.
• 1 to 3 + years of Development experience.
• You can build features from scratch that are modular and scalable and can deliver them end-to-end.
• You can share ideas and opinions with Product managers and Designers from an engineering lens.
• You have zeal to learn and teach, and create an atmosphere where students can learn and grow.
