Importance of the role

We're a small, high-output crew. To move faster and raise quality, we need senior frontend engineers who can own experiences end-to-end: tighten feedback loops with backend, build resilient UI systems, and push our dev velocity (and DX) up and to the right. Mission-critical.

Description of the role

You'll own the full lifecycle of user-facing products and dev-facing consoles/docs.

Architecting -- Choose the right stack (React/React Native/Flutter), state patterns, and module boundaries. Design design-systems, theming, and accessibility from day one. Plan for offline, latency, and failure modes. Implementation -- Write clean, testable UI code; obsess over performance (bundle size, FPS, TTI), accessibility, and pixel parity. Document components, flows, and decisions for engineers, PMs, and external devs. Orchestration & Integration -- Wire your work into CI/CD, visual regression, E2E tests, feature flags, analytics, and error reporting. Collaborate tightly with backend to define sane API contracts and versioning. Mentorship -- Level up designers and engineers via reviews, pairing, and pattern libraries. Be equally open to being mentored--keep the learning loop alive. Product Thinking -- You're not "just implementing." Scope, question, prototype, measure. Own the UX of our APIs, dashboards, and docs--where the builder is the end-user. Operational Excellence -- Own what's in prod: error budgets, logging, session replay, rollout/rollback plans, and postmortems.

You'll thrive here if you...

Have shipped complex web/mobile apps at scale (auth flows, real-time updates, payments, forms with gnarly edge cases). Are deep in React or Flutter (bonus if you've done both) and comfortable with TypeScript/Dart. Care about accessibility, performance budgets, and micro-interactions as much as shipping quickly. Communicate crisply, think in systems, and sweat the DX of everyone who touches your code.
