The Role

We're hiring a

Software Development Engineer II (Frontend)

to design and build the core user experiences of our AI Agent platform.


You'll craft fast, intuitive, and scalable web applications that make complex AI-driven workflows simple for users. As part of a high-velocity team, you'll collaborate with design, product, backend, and AI engineers to deliver features that our customers rely on every day.

What You'll Do

Build and ship

production-grade frontend applications

with React & TypeScript Work with designers to deliver

intuitive and elegant user interfaces

Translate complex backend and AI outputs into

clear, actionable workflows

Optimize frontend performance for

large-scale datasets and real-time interactions

Maintain high-quality code via

reviews, testing, and best practices

Collaborate across product, backend, and AI teams to deliver full features Take ownership of frontend modules and

mentor junior engineers

What We're Looking For

==========================

Core Skills

3-5 years of frontend engineering experience in SaaS or data-heavy products Proficiency in

React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

Strong understanding of

state management

(Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.) Familiar with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)

Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals

and modern performance metrics

Expert-level performance optimization skills

including:

+ Advanced code splitting strategies (dynamic imports, route-based chunking)
+ Bundle optimization using Webpack, Vite, and analysis tools
+ React rendering optimization (memoization, avoiding unnecessary re-renders)
+ Critical rendering path optimization and resource prioritization
Experience with

profiling and debugging performance issues

using browser developer tools

Bonus Points

Experience with

AI-powered applications

or analytics-heavy UIs Exposure to

design systems

and UI frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind) Experience with

frontend testing

(Jest, Cypress, Playwright) Understanding of

real-time features

(WebSockets, WebRTC) Startup or high-growth SaaS background
