About the Role

As an

SDE 3 - Python Fullstack

, you will lead a team of

full-stack engineers

working on

scalable web applications, backend services, and cloud-based platforms

. You will be responsible for the

technical architecture, team leadership, and product delivery

, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of

full-stack developers

(Python, React.js, Node.js, etc.). Drive

technical excellence

, code quality, and best engineering practices. Define and implement

scalable system architectures

for high-performance applications.

Technical Strategy & Architecture

Own the

end-to-end technical design

for Python Fullstack applications. Optimize

database structures, backend APIs, and frontend performance

. Ensure

microservices-based architecture, CI/CD automation, and cloud scalability

.

Team & Project Management

Hire, mentor, and develop

top engineering talent. Manage

agile development processes

, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Collaborate with

Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders

to align technical solutions with business needs.

Technical Stack & Development

Backend:

Python, Django/FastAPI, Node.js

Frontend:

React.js, Next.js

Databases:

PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

DevOps & Cloud:

AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

Tools:

Git, Jira, Elasticsearch, Kafka

Performance & Security

Optimize system

performance, scalability, and reliability

. Implement

security best practices, authentication, and authorization

(OAuth, JWT). Monitor and improve system

observability using logging, monitoring, and alerting tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

8+ years of experience

in software development, with at least

2-3 years in a managerial role

. Expertise in

Python full-stack development

(Django/FastAPI for backend, React.js for frontend). Strong knowledge of

microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems

. Experience in

cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

and DevOps automation. Hands-on experience with

SQL & NoSQL databases

(PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). Excellent

problem-solving skills

and

system design expertise

.

Good-to-Have

Experience with

AI/ML, big data, or analytics-driven applications

. Knowledge of

serverless architectures and edge computing

. Familiarity with

GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time data processing

. Experience with

e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech

platforms.
