We are looking for a highly skilled SDE 3 - Growth Marketing to build and scale backend systems that power our growth engine. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and data, enabling rapid experimentation, personalization, and measurable growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
As a senior engineer, you will own backend services that support marketing automation, campaign orchestration, experimentation platforms, attribution systems, and real-time analytics. You will work closely with Growth, Product, Data, and Marketing teams to design systems that are scalable, reliable, and optimized for high-velocity iteration.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services that support growth marketing use cases such as user segmentation, campaign triggers, experimentation, and analytics.
• Develop and optimize high-performance APIs and microservices using Go and Node.js.
• Build systems that enable A/B testing, feature flagging, and rapid experimentation at scale.
• Work on event-driven architectures to process large volumes of user behavior data in near real time.
• Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Product, and Data teams to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.
• Ensure backend systems are highly available, fault-tolerant, and secure, handling large-scale traffic and data.
• Optimize system performance, latency, and cost efficiency through thoughtful architecture and code quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
• Take ownership of services end-to-end, including design, development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in backend software engineering, preferably in product-driven or high-growth environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang) and Node.js for building production-grade backend systems.
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, microservices, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and handling large-scale data efficiently.
• Familiarity with event-based systems, queues, or streaming platforms is a strong plus.
• Ability to design systems that support experimentation, analytics, and growth workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance speed with long-term maintainability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a product and business mindset.
