Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Work with the Product and Design team closely to determine and optimize the user experience and information architecture. \xe2\x97\x8f Craft secure, performant, cross-platform browser-based applications for both customers and partners. \xe2\x97\x8f Debug and resolve production issues and implement fixes for them. \xe2\x97\x8f Have a deep understanding of Django and the Django REST framework on the Backend & React.js & Next.js on the Frontend side. \xe2\x97\x8f Build new and maintain current features by contributing across the whole technical stack. \xe2\x97\x8f Have the ability to be self-directed and be effective working independently, yet feel equally comfortable contributing in a team environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Develop quality software and web applications. \xe2\x97\x8f Analyze and maintain existing software applications. \xe2\x97\x8f Design highly scalable, testable code. \xe2\x97\x8f Discover and fix programming bugs. Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 5+ years of experience \xe2\x97\x8f Have a passion for learning. \xe2\x97\x8f Are comfortable designing, writing, and operating full-stack applications with a strong focus on backend development. \xe2\x97\x8f Have relevant leadership experience and has led small to mid-size teams. \xe2\x97\x8f Should have worked on either of the following domains: Lending & Payments, SAAS. \xe2\x97\x8f Believe that writing code is just a means to solve business problems. \xe2\x97\x8f Enjoy being part of a highly collaborative, remote-friendly environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Can distribute work equitably and according to the abilities of the team. \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field \xe2\x97\x8f Development experience with programming languages (Python, Golang, Ruby) \xe2\x97\x8f Postgres, No-SQL database or building microservices skillset.
