About the Role

M2P Fintech is looking forSoftware Development Engineer to build scalable software systems that arehigh-performance, highly available, highly transactional, low latency andmassively distributed. As part of a cross functional team, you will be workingin a fast-paced and agile work environment delivering quality and innovativesolutions that have immediate business impact.


You need to take the challengesand ownership that comes while developing a complex system. You should also bea team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

What Will You Do in this Role

Develop object-oriented modelsand design data structures for new software projects and implement businesslogic and data models with a suitable class design. Conduct software analysis,programming, testing, and debugging, as well as recommending changes to improvethe established processes. Recommend software solutions toemerging needs in banking functionality and report ability. Solve complex problems in aninnovative way and deliver quality solutions while taking ownership andaccountability of assigned things. Demonstrate good learnability andadopt technologies that help build large scale, performant, reliable andsustainable systems. Collaborating with peers andarchitects on all elements of the development process.

What You'll Need to beSuccessful in this Role

B.E or B.Tech in ComputerScience or any equivalent degree. Technical Skills: Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, SpringMVC,SpringRESTAPIs,SpringSecurity,JSP,Webapplication,MSSQL Server, Redis,Oauth2,jQuery. Excellent coding skills withstrong competencies in Data Structures, algorithms and their space-timecomplexities. Good problem-solving skills,coupled with strong analytical thinking and communication. Excellent debugging skills. Ability to understand businessrequirements and translate them into technical requirements. Working knowledge ofarchitectures, trends, and emerging technologies. Solid understanding of the full softwaredevelopment life cycle. Multi-tasking, prioritizing/ effective time management andeye for detail would be key skills required for this role. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of ateam. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. Previous experience in Banking or Fintech or related field is a plus.
