browser-based, frame-accurate video editor

that rivals desktop apps, using cutting-edge tech like WebCodecs, WASM, and Remotion.

Founded in mid-2020 at Harvard Business School, we have 400+ customers across tech, professional services, manufacturing, and finance to deliver engaging video content & digital events.

We are seeking a talented Frontend Software Development Engineer II (SDE2) to join our Core Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the user interface for our core platform applications. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver small to medium features end-to-end, from design to production rollout. You'll be working on exciting projects such as improving our event timeline functionality, enhancing our local recording features, and developing new pricing tier implementations.
In This Role, You Will::
Work on complex projects involving multiple engineers including backend, such as performance improvements and migrations Maintain front apps, wrt to security and venerabilities and maintain best security standards Work with PMs and Designers to get the best UX for end users. Design and implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces for our Event & Admin apps Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with APIs Contribute to the development of new features and improvements in our apps Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards Work closely with UX designers to implement seamless user experiences

Here's What You Need::
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science from a top-tier institution (IITs, NITs, BITs or equivalent) 2-5 years of professional experience in frontend development Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS(Tailwind), TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) Experience with performance measurement, front-end debugging, and benchmarking Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, or similar) Experience with building Micro-frontends and related patterns is a huge plus Experience with Github actions or similar CD/CI tools Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualification
