About the Role
Max Healthcare is looking for an experienced Software Engineer with a solid foundation in JavaScript to join our development team. In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of hybrid mobile applications, contribute to the migration of Flutter-based apps to JavaScript frameworks where applicable, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build high-quality, scalable solutions for our healthcare platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fullstack development experience, with a focus on backend-end technologies (80/20 split).
• We mostly write in node js but are flexible in our approach.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS.
• Exposure to Terraform is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development.
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
4-7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on Flutter development.
Proficiency in JavaScript, with experience working on cross-platform or web-based mobile applications.
Experience with migrating mobile applications from Flutter to JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React Native, Ionic) is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and performance optimization.
Experience with RESTful APIs, state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Redux), and modern mobile development tools.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in fast-paced environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare or related domains.
Exposure to backend development (Node.js or Firebase).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployment.
Contributions to open-source Flutter or JavaScript projects.
