Sculpture Artist

Note: Final designation and level will be decided based on relevant experience and interview performance.Job Summary

As a

Sculpture Artist

at Artarium, you will be responsible for creating original sculptures and physical masters for decorative figurines, showpieces, and artistic products. Working closely with

Concept Artists, 3D Designers, and Production teams

, you will transform creative concepts into detailed physical forms that will later be reproduced using resin, ceramic, metal, wood, and other materials.

Your craftsmanship, understanding of form, proportion, and detailing will play a critical role at the foundation of our product creation process.

Key Responsibilities

Sculpt

original figurines, showpieces, and decorative items

based on provided concepts or briefs Create

physical master models

using clay, wax, POP, epoxy, or other sculpting materials Interpret concept art and 3D references into accurate physical sculptures Refine sculptures with high attention to

details, anatomy, textures, and proportions

Collaborate with

3D and production teams

for scanning, mold-making, and mass production Make revisions and refinements based on creative or technical feedback Ensure sculptures are structurally sound and production-friendly Maintain a clean and organized workspace and tools Follow project timelines and quality standards
Professional Value You Bring

2-3 years

of experience as a

Sculpture Artist

or in a similar role Strong understanding of

form, anatomy, proportions, and surface detailing

Hands-on experience with traditional sculpting materials (clay, wax, POP, epoxy, etc.) Ability to sculpt both

stylized and realistic

forms Experience working on

figurines, decor items, or collectibles

Good understanding of

mold-making and casting processes

(basic to intermediate) Ability to translate 2D concepts or 3D references into physical sculptures Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Good verbal communication skills
Nice to Have

Experience working with

digital sculpting tools

(ZBrush, Blender Sculpt Mode) Familiarity with

3D scanning workflows

Experience in resin, ceramic, or metal production environments
