We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Sculptor (Clay) / Mold Maker

to join our creative production team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality clay sculptures and developing precise molds for production or artistic purposes. The ideal candidate has strong artistic abilities, technical knowledge of materials and molding processes, and an eye for fine detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Sculpt detailed models and figures using clay based on design concepts or briefs. Create prototypes and maquettes for products, decor items, or artistic pieces. Design and produce molds using silicone, plaster, resin, or other casting materials. Collaborate with designers and production team to ensure accuracy and quality. Repair or refine existing molds and sculptures as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols. Stay updated with tools, techniques, and trends in sculpting and mold-making.

Requirements:

Proven experience in clay sculpting and mold-making (portfolio required). Knowledge of sculpting tools, molding techniques, and casting materials. Attention to detail and ability to work with precision and creativity. Ability to follow design instructions and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or certification in Fine Arts, Sculpture, Ceramics, or related field (not mandatory). Experience in production for home decor, ceramics, or handcrafted goods. Passion for craftsmanship and artisanal quality work.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
