As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new
division created within one of the largest technology providers in the world. We are building the next

Once You Are Here, You Will:
xe2x97x8f Manage sprint reviews, scrum ceremonies, and backlog to satisfy project requirements
xe2x97x8f Mentor team and project partners in agile standard methodologies
xe2x97x8f Manage agile toolsets, project support, and priority gathering
xe2x97x8f Utilize data to measure and track performance results and monitor progress across the project
lifecycle
xe2x97x8f Drive overall coordination with stakeholders and team
Required Qualifications:
xe2x97x8f 8 years of experience in Tech Lead/Scrum Master
xe2x97x8f 5 years of experience in Agile project management
xe2x97x8f Holds 2 of the following current certifications:
o PMI-ACP
o CSM
o PSM
o ICAgile Certified Coach
o Certified Scrum Professional
o SAFe Agilist
Preferred:
xe2x97x8f Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred
Ideal Mindset:
xe2x97x8f Focus. You are responsible for maintaining team focus and eliminating distractions.
Coaching. You provide knowledge of agile methodology and will help improve practices for
