Job Title: Scrum Product Owner

Department: Product Management

Reporting To: PMO/COO

Role Summary

Responsible for maximizing product value, managing product backlog, coordinating between clients, business, and technical teams, and ensuring timely, quality delivery across projects and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage product backlog and priorities

Define and clarify business requirements

Work closely with Scrum teams and remove blockers

Participate in Agile ceremonies

Oversee project onboarding, planning, execution & UAT sign-off

Track projects in Odoo

Monitor support tickets and SLA adherence

Coordinate billing approvals & client sign-offs

Submit weekly and daily status reports

Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of Scrum / Agile

Excellent stakeholder communication

Multi-project coordination ability

Strong documentation & reporting skills

Experience with helpdesk / project tools (Odoo preferred)

High ownership & problem-solving ability
