About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for software development projects at VOIS India, Pune. The individual will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching teams on agile practices, managing dependencies, and ensuring smooth collaboration across stakeholders. This role demands strong knowledge of agile frameworks, hands-on experience with tools like Jira, and the ability to foster a productive and inclusive team environment.
What will you do

Coach agile teams and ensure effective application of Scrum practices
Facilitate key agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
Collaborate with development teams to estimate and plan project deliverables
Forecast iteration outcomes based on historical data and team capacity
Maintain a healthy product backlog in coordination with Product Owners
Foster strong relationships between teams, Product Owners, and external stakeholders
Resolve impediments and support team dynamics to enhance productivity
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and risks within the SAFe Agile framework
Administer and maintain the Scrum board, ensuring accurate tracking of user stories and tasks
Monitor and report on agile metrics such as burn-down charts and defect frequenc
Who you are

Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Proficient in agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile
Basic understanding of software development processes
Hands-on experience with agile tools such as Jira
Familiarity with agile metrics, backlog management, and user story creation
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve team challenges
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
