Scrum Master - Execution (India, Remote)
Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner to drive
day-to-day product execution
. The Head of Product will own the roadmap and strategy; this role is responsible for translating that roadmap into delivery by working closely with design, engineering, and QA.
This is mid level role and we need someone strong in execution who can independently run sprints and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities
Break down roadmap features into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Work with design to prepare build-ready stories
Run sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, stand-ups, reviews)
Manage sprint execution, timelines, and delivery risks
Own UAT coordination and release notes
Maintain Jira and Confluence documentation
Act as the execution point of contact for engineering and QA
Requirements
3-5 years' experience as a Product Owner, Delivery PM, Product Ops , Product Manager role
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and PDLC
Proven experience running sprints end-to-end
Strong Jira and Confluence skills
Clear communication and ability to work independently
Experience working in health tech is preferred
Experience working on B2C apps B2B and SAAD will be highly preferrable

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?2,300,000.00 per year
